Funding Support for Students
This course aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of facial treatments in the beauty industry. It also aims to develop practical skills in preforming facial treatments which are aligned to industry standards.
This course will equip you with the skills to provide basic facial skincare treatments and is the ideal starting point for those wishing to pursue further courses in the area of skincare within the beauty industry. This course will cover a range of facial treatments and skincare knowledge and practical skills. During the course you will cover skin anatomy, skin types and how to perform a professional facial treatment.
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification. This course is suitable for beginners’ or those expanding their skill set.
On completion of this qualification, you may choose to undertake further study in Beauty Therapy qualifications.
Students who do not hold a qualification in health & safety will be required to undertake a small unit in health and safety related to the area of study. Additional fee will apply for H&S unit.
