Funding Support for Students
The qualification offers the opportunity for a learner to undertake a broad range of subjects to enhance their awareness of employment, training and personal development. The programme will allow learners to develop their skills in areas of communication, self-confidence, self-awareness and include investigating employment and future career options. The areas of study provides challenges and opportunities for progression and achieving across a wider area of study as well as reinforcing previous learning. The qualification is designed to meet the needs of Foundation Learning and to begin to progress learners towards the pathway destinations and routes into chosen vocational areas.
