The Education and Training Inspectorate (ETI) has officially declared South West College as a Grade 1 College. The College is the only Regional College in Northern Ireland to achieve this accolade ranking it among the top 4 colleges within the 350 across the UK.
Four Foundation Degree students from South West College have each received a STEM Industry Bursary of £2500 as part of a collaboration between Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council and South West College.

The Dungannon Campus recently hosted an evening for the College’s trainee hairdressing students and industry professionals with the award winning Hairdresser, Joanne O’Neill.
South West College in association with the Department for Employment and Learning and the Connected programme held a Business Breakfast for employers in the construction and engineering industry entitled ‘Working with Partners in Industry’ in the Gallery Restaurant Omagh Campus on Thursday 3rd April. The event was held to promote engagement on Foundation degree courses at the College.
