South West College has bagged Ireland its first NESTLÉ TOQUE D’OR® victory, while also continuing the all-girl winning streak from 2012, after being crowned the winner of the prestigious student catering competition at a ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel yesterday (4th June).

Just a month before international leaders descend on the Lough Erne Hotel, the youth of Northern Ireland were offered the opportunity to partake in a Youth Summit and work on proposals which will be put forward to the world leaders when they arrive in Fermanagh for the international summit.
