The South West College (SWC) Hospitality and Catering department has been celebrating after budding chefs completed its first-ever NI Chef Bootcamp. The four-week programme, including work placement, was recently delivered at the SWC Erne campus, and provided participants with the right ingredients to progress into further education or a career in the Catering and Hospitality sector.

Sports students from the SWC Enniskillen, Omagh and Dungannon campuses descended on the custom-built fitness suite at Erne to demonstrate their enthusiasm and skill to be crowned Intercampus Fitness Trainer champion.

On Wednesday 9 March, a congregation of more than 500 people came together between two venues at the Strule Arts Centre and the Colleges Omagh Campus, to celebrate the Higher Education successes of South West College (SWC) students. Joined together with family, friends and tutors, the ceremony celebrated the efforts and academic achievements of the ‘Class of 2021’.
