The one-year course covers a wide range of areas relating to the skills and knowledge required for preparing to work in the Barbering Industry. Students will incorporate College study with work placement to understand the rigours of running a barbering business. Work placement is an integral part of the course. This course is also available as an Apprenticeship.

This Level 3 qualification enhances the underlying principles and practical skills required in hairdressing. It is designed to deliver a high level of occupational competence and provide a sound platform from which to progress into employment within the hairdressing industry.
