• Entry to the BSc (Hons) Construction Engineering and Management (Top-up) programme requires applicants to have successfully completed a Foundation Degree (or other relevant Level 5 qualification such as a Higher National Diploma) in a construction-related discipline, qualifications deemed equivalent, or by the college’s policy relating to RPL.

• To be eligible to commence study on the HLA pathway, applicants must have secured full-time paid employment in a relevant industry sector.

• GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 4 (grade C) or above. (or equivalent, - for example, Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy Essential Skills qualifications are also accepted).

• Have reached the age of 18 years on admission.

Assessment of core modules will be by a combination of Course Work, Professional Report(s), Presentation(s) and Examinations.

The minimum overall pass mark of 40% is required to be achieved in all modules.

Upon successful completion of the BSc (Hons) Construction Engineering and Management (Top-up) programme, graduates may consider entering employment within the construction industry or continuing to study by applying for a place on a post-graduate programme e.g. master's programme at another institution.

2025/26 fees:

Full-Time: £4,800 per year

Part-Time: £330 per 20-credit module. £660 for 40-credit dissertation module

HLA: N/A
