We are delighted to announce that South West College has received the prestigious ‘Institute of Accountants and Bookkeepers (IAB) Centre of the Year’ award!
The IAB Award celebrates achievement, recognises excellence, and honours those who have made a significant contribution to the business, education, and finance sectors. It is a credit to the team at SWC to be named Centre of the Year, knowing there is strong competition across the UK.
Dermot Kennedy, Deputy Head of Department, attended the IAB 2024 Awards ceremony at the UK Houses of Parliament, and collected the award on behalf of South West College. On acceptance of the award, Dermot Kennedy said:
“Thank you and congratulations to the IAB Team who consistently deliver excellent results across a suite of Computerised Accounts and Payroll programmes.”
IAB aim to raise the bar of financial literacy by creating a global community of aspirational, entrepreneurial, highly-qualified successful accountants, bookkeepers and other finance professionals.
