Funding Support for Students
This qualification aims to develop knowledge and skills in the use of internet and communications technologies for marketing activities and manage the use of social media within organisations. With the increased use of communications technologies many companies are taking advantage of social media and digital marketing approaches to promote and market their products and services.

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification however an understanding and appreciation of the use of information technology in business would be necessary. Learners must be at least 18 years old to complete the qualification.
The Flexible Skills Fund programme will be accessible to all groups, those in employment and unemployment. To be eligible for these courses participants must be:
Assessment is by successfully completing a Learners Assessment Booklet, developing a Digital Marketing Plan and Social Media Campaign. This will be evidenced through a short 15 minute Presentation.
This Unit completed successfully will gain you 8 Credits. Employment opportunities may also exist on successful completion.
