Funding Support for Students
This qualification is designed for project managers, department heads, and other practising middle managers to develop skills and experience, improve your performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. The qualification is made up of a broad range of units covering skills in six core areas:
The flexibility in unit choice allows the qualification to be tailored to meet the needs of the Learners and the employer with over 50 units available to choose from.

Students will learn how to develop their ability to lead, motivate and inspire. Use core management techniques to drive better results, provide strategic leadership as well as day-to-day management. Benchmark their managerial capability and raise their professional profile within the organisation.
ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management or relevant middle managerial experience to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme. Learners with experience in project management will also be considered. An interview is required prior to entry on this programme.
The Flexible Skills Fund programme will be accessible to all groups, those in employment and unemployment. To be eligible for these courses participants must be:
